Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to direct reservations made through the hotel website, by phone, by email, or through another official channel of the hotel, unless a different rule is expressly stated in the booking confirmation or a separate written agreement.

All cancellation deadlines are calculated according to the local time at the hotel’s property location.


2. Individual Reservations (1–3 rooms)

Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival time is free of charge. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night will be charged. Any remaining prepaid amount, if applicable, will be refunded.

If the guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the booking is treated as a no-show and a penalty equal to the cost of one night will be charged.


3. Group Reservations — Short Stay (4 or more rooms, up to 3 nights)

Cancellation made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date is free of charge. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

If cancellation is made within 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night per reserved room will be charged.

If the group fails to arrive without prior cancellation, a no-show penalty equal to the cost of one night per reserved room will be charged.


4. Group Reservations — Extended Stay (4 or more rooms, 4 or more nights)

Cancellation made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date is free of charge. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

If cancellation is made within 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation value will be retained as a cancellation fee.

If the group fails to arrive without prior cancellation, 30% of the total reservation value will be retained as a no-show charge.


5. Non-Refundable Rate

Reservations made under a non-refundable rate are charged in full at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation, modification, shortened stay, or no-show, the total paid amount is non-refundable.


6. Modification of Reservation

Requests to change reservation dates, room category, occupancy, or other material booking details are subject to availability and approval by the hotel.

Where a requested modification cannot be accommodated or is not permitted under the booked rate, the change may be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and a new booking under the rates and conditions available at that time.


7. Early Departure and Shortened Stay

If the guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date, the unused portion of the stay is refundable only if the booked rate plan expressly allows it or the hotel confirms such refund in writing.

For non-refundable rates and other restricted rates, no refund is due for unused nights.


8. Events and Corporate Bookings

Cancellation terms for events, retreats, conferences, and corporate bookings are governed by the separate written agreement, quotation, or invoice accepted by the guest or client.

Where no separate written terms apply, the following default rules apply:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event date: the deposit is refunded in full.
  • Cancellation within 30 days of the event date: the deposit is forfeited in full.
  • Additionally, the hotel may charge documented costs already incurred for preparation, staffing, catering, or third-party services, regardless of the cancellation timing.

9. Hotel-Initiated Cancellation

If the hotel must cancel a reservation due to reasons within its control and cannot provide an agreed alternative, the hotel will refund any amount actually received for the affected reservation.

This clause does not limit the hotel’s rights in cases of force majeure, payment failure, inaccurate booking information, or serious breach of these terms by the guest.


10. Refund Procedure

Cancellation requests may be submitted through the cancellation link included in the booking confirmation email, by phone at +374 60 650 651, by email, or in person at the hotel reception.

A cancellation is considered received only when the hotel has recorded it and, where requested by the guest, issued written confirmation.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment card used for the reservation, unless another method is required by law or expressly agreed by the hotel.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days after cancellation is confirmed. The hotel is not responsible for additional delays caused by the issuing bank, card network, intermediary payment service provider, or currency conversion process.


11. Contact and Effective Date

Questions regarding refunds, cancellations, or payment reversals may be submitted using the official contact details published by the hotel.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy enters into force on 18.05.2026 and applies to all bookings made on or after that date.
