Hotel Policies
1. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in begins at 15:00 and standard check-out is until 12:00 local time. If the hotel confirms a different arrival time for a specific booking, that confirmed time prevails.
Early check-in is available only upon prior request and subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply.
Late check-out is available only upon prior request and subject to room availability. Requests for late check-out must be submitted no later than 09:00 on the day of departure. Additional charges may apply.
Guests planning to arrive after 22:00 must notify the hotel in advance. If late arrival is not communicated, the reservation may be treated under the no-show rules set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Reservation Request, Confirmation, and Booking Status
Reservations may be made through the hotel website, by phone, by email, or through other official sales channels authorized by the hotel.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
- the guest receives written confirmation from the hotel by email or other written means; and
- any required prepayment is successfully processed.
For reservations submitted through the hotel website, a confirmation email is normally sent within a few minutes after successful submission and payment authorization, where applicable. Reservations made by phone or email are normally confirmed within 48 hours. If the hotel cannot confirm availability, no booking obligation arises.
The guest is responsible for providing accurate booking information, including guest name, contact details, dates of stay, room type, number of guests, and any special requests.
3. Prepayment and Guarantee Terms
The hotel may require a credit or debit card guarantee or advance payment to secure a reservation. The following prepayment rules apply unless a different rate description or individual agreement expressly states otherwise:
- Individual reservations (1–3 rooms): The cost of the first night is charged 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. If the booking is made within 48 hours of arrival, the prepayment may be charged immediately.
- Group reservations — short stay (4 or more rooms, up to 3 nights): The cost of one night per reserved room is charged 14 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 14 days of arrival, the prepayment may be charged immediately.
- Group reservations — extended stay (4 or more rooms, 4 or more nights): 30% of the total reservation cost is charged 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the prepayment may be charged immediately.
- Non-refundable rate: The full booking amount is charged at the time of booking.
If a required prepayment or guarantee cannot be successfully processed, the hotel may cancel the reservation or request an alternative payment method within a reasonable period.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation, the remaining balance is payable at check-in.
The hotel accepts payment by bank card, bank transfer, cash, or other payment methods published by the hotel at the time of booking. Where payment is made by bank transfer, the funds must be credited to the hotel’s account by the due date stated in the confirmation.
All prices are stated in Armenian Dram (AMD) unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking. Taxes, fees, and included services are determined according to the rate description and the booking confirmation.
5. Identity Verification and Guest Eligibility
A valid government-issued photo identification document — including a passport or national ID card — must be presented at check-in for each guest aged 18 and above.
Children under 18 may stay only if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another adult legally authorized to travel with them.
The hotel may refuse accommodation where required identification is not presented or where registration requirements under applicable law cannot be completed.
6. Room Provision and Included Services
The room category, occupancy limit, bedding type, and included services are those stated in the booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated in the selected rate description, the room rate includes accommodation and the standard services expressly listed at the time of booking. Any additional services — including extra beds, special meals, transfers, or event services — are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
Special requests, including preferred room location, specific views, or adjacent rooms, are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
7. Child Policy and Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs and extra beds are available only upon prior request and subject to availability. Charges apply as follows:

Charges for cribs and extra beds are not included in the room rate unless expressly stated otherwise. The number of cribs or extra beds permitted depends on the selected room type and maximum occupancy.
8. Pet Policy
Pets are permitted only upon prior request and only after written confirmation by the hotel. The guest must notify the hotel at the time of booking if a pet will accompany the stay. Additional charges, cleaning fees, restrictions by room type, and behavioral requirements may apply.
Any dog — 9 000 AMD per stay
The guest is fully responsible for any damage, extra cleaning, disturbance, or health and safety issue caused by the pet.
9. Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas expressly identified by the hotel. Smoking inside guest rooms, common indoor areas, or other non-designated spaces is strictly prohibited and may result in an additional cleaning fee, damage compensation, or other lawful charges.
10. Booking Modifications
Requests to change reservation dates, room types, number of guests, or other material booking details must be submitted to the hotel in writing.
All changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. Where a modification cannot be accommodated, the request may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Group, Event, and Corporate Bookings
Requests for group stays, private events, retreats, and corporate bookings are handled under a separate written offer, quotation, or service agreement issued by the hotel.
Where such a separate agreement is signed, it prevails over these general terms to the extent of any inconsistency. Where no separate agreement exists, the following default terms apply:
- A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of written confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event or group arrival date.
- Cancellation terms follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.
12. Guest Conduct and Hotel Rights
Guests must comply with hotel rules, safety requirements, and lawful instructions of hotel staff during their stay.
The hotel may refuse service, terminate accommodation, or require a guest to leave where the guest materially breaches hotel rules, endangers other persons, causes serious disturbance, or damages hotel property, without prejudice to any legal rights of the hotel.
The guest is fully responsible for any damage, extra cleaning, disturbance, or health and safety issue caused during his stay.
13. Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics, utility failure, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, the hotel will use reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling, credit, or another practical solution, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

These Accommodation & Service Provision Terms enter into force on 18.05.2026 and apply to all bookings made on or after that date.
